A rather elegant hollow gold ring set with a deep reddish yellow domed carbochon.

Intact and wearable.

Has some lightly adherent fine red sand which would come off with a light rub if you wanted to do that.

UK size L 1/2, USA size 5 7/8.

Roman, Eastern Empire, 2nd/3rd century.

Ex an Israeli collection and said to have been found in Jordan.
