Sometimes fakers go to great lengths to deceive.

These are "better" fakes, but still very obviously wrong.

There are a series of fake cuneiform tablets made in Turkey and which often have a little scrap of Turkish newspaper stuck to them.

This one below also has a fake "label"

Cuneiform "turns" not like a page, but the bottom flips up and over to reveal the other side in correct orientation.
