Levantine/Phoenician gold earrings

Simple gold earrings of this shape, often referred to as
"leech shaped" were made in solid form, and later
hollow, formed around a wax core, all over the Mediterranean and the Near
East and Western Asiatic region , from a very early time, circa 1400 BC
until about the 3rd century BC.

This pair which are hollow and formed around a wax core
were said to have been found in Jordan and were probably made somewhere on the
Levantine littoral around the 4th/5th century BC

Perfectly intact.
