It reads User Maat Re Setep En Re. (Beloved of Amun)
It  is thought that this commemorative scarab celebrates both Ramesses II and Set I .
The latter's prenomen was Men Maat Re (Established is the Justice of Re)

Probably dates to the 19th or 22nd dynasty
Ex collection Stella Pitt- Rivers
This lady is often referred to as Pitt-River's wife. (He being the famous Augustus Pitt Rivers whose museum was established in Oxford. UK. in 1884.  But actually the was his mistress and took his name, although they were not married. She inherited substantial property from Pitt-Rivers when he died in 1966. In his will, he left her instructions that any properties to be sold must be offered individually, rather than as an estate.
