This is a late New Kingdom shabti of the 19th/20th dynasty.
The inscription reads "Osiris, the scribe.." but thereafter it's not easy to determine the identity of the owner. Something .....Amon/Imen
It is complete and intact other than a smalll surface chip on the side and has a decent glossy surface.
It stands 112mm which is 4 5/8 inches.
 
Egyptian, New Kingdom, 19th/20th dynasty.
