For Annunitum of Akkad his Lady,  Enlil-bani, the shepherd who provides abundance for Nippur, mighty king, king of Sumer and Akkad,  favorite spouse of Innana,  I built her beloved temple Ulmash in Isin.

Cone of Enanatum

This is the earliest of the cones, being  pre-Sargonic  and from Lagash , circa  2500 BC.

It is the text known as Enanatum  Nail/Cone A:

Enanatum, ruler of Lagash , nominated by Inana, built the Ibgal. He having made the Eana surpass (the temples) in all other lands for her, then Lummatur, the son of Enanatum, ruler of Lagash , had a KIB   (=precious metal object  ?) made and ordered them for her in the Eana.

The sign  KIB was once thought to mean "clay nail"  but now, based on the apparent cognate in Akkadian kibbu, means some precious metal decoration/object
