Elaborate Beaded Mummy shroud net
A fine  Egyptian mummy shroud net made of small faience beads, restrung in an original arrangement in slightly reduced size,  comprising a facial mask, winged pectoral scarab below which representations of the four Sons of Horus: Imsety, Duamutef, Hapi, and Qebehsenuef.   Such mask would have been placed over the face of the deceased at their burial, in a similar manner to the better-known cartonnage mummy masks.  This arrangement is unusual: more often the winged scarab and the Four Sons of Horus were part of a larger bead net placed upon the deceased's upper and mid body.  Shrouds of this type became popular in the Late Dynastic Period all the way through the Ptolemaic period.
